Weapons

You have to RP taking out certain weapons by using a /me or /do.

Larger weapons must to be taken out of a bag or vehicle while smaller weapons can be taken out of your clothing. A weapon bag may not be used as a portable armory; you may only store 1 "large weapon" in a bag.

Using external crosshairs in-game is prohibited as it provides an unfair advantage.

A list of all the small weapons:

  • All Handguns

  • Broken Bottle

  • Flashlight

  • Hammer

  • Knife

  • Switchblade

  • Knuckleduster

  • Molotov

  • Dagger

  • Machete

  • Wrench

  • Mini SMG (0 Attachments)

  • Micro SMG (0 Attachments)

A list of all the large weapons:

  • All Shotguns

  • All Assault Rifles

  • All Sniper Rifles

  • All Heavy Weapons

  • Assault SMG

  • Compact PDW

  • Gusenberg Sweeper

  • SMG

(This rule also appears in the FAILRP section) Airsoft Weapons: Stating a weapon is an airsoft weapon when it is clearly firing real bullets, sounds exactly like a real gun, and, if pointed at a player, it would in fact kill them upon firing at them. If you want to roleplay that a weapon is fake, you may do so; however, if you claim in a /me or /do that a weapon is not real, and then proceed to fire real bullets out of it, it will be considered a violation of this rule.

Usage of restricted equipment/weapons as a civilian:

You may not use equipment/weapons that you gain access to through Whitelisted roles such as; Any tactical team role, Marshal roles, or other LEO-related roles. The equipment you gain access to through these roles is only intended to be used for LEO-related duties, and not as a civilian.

If you are caught using weapons or equipment that are dedicated to Tac Teams / Marshals while playing as a civilian then a 24-hour ban will be issued and you may be removed from your Tactical Team / Marshal.

List of equipment that are only to be used by Tactical Teams:

  • Sniper Rifles

  • Gas Launchers

  • Flashbangs

  • Armored/weaponized vehicles

  • Helicopters dedicated to Tactical Teams (I.E. The Buzzard)

NOTE: The list may be incomplete. If you have a question if a weapon, vehicle or equipment in general is dedicated to Tactical Teams then open a ticket or ask in #JDC-Tac-Teams
