[Civilian] Department of Transportation (Tow) and Department of Water and Power

Any civilian may play as DOT or DWP employee with no application or invitation required.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) is a government service agency tasked with responding to accidents for road cleanup, traffic control, and towing; performing roadway inspections; conducting roadway repairs; removing roadway hazards; patrolling roadways to ensure hazards are dealt with promptly; and providing escorts to any hazardous-or-oversized loads.

The Department of Water and Power is a government utility agency responsible tasked with maintaining and repairing water infrastructure, fire hydrants, sewage lines, power lines, power substations, power plants, water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities.
